These include cake, pastry, yeast goods, cake decorating, cookies, standard breads including white, wholemeal, grain, continental, and artisan breads. (ICF) denotes an Industry Curriculum Framework Course. An optional HSC exam in these courses is available to contribute to the Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank.
Process to add units of competency to ICF School-based Apprenticeship pathways
The Board of Studies will add units of competency that are listed in the school-based component of a students training plan which are not currently available in the relevant ICF SBA pathway.
To facilitate this schools are asked to complete the Application for inclusion of additional unit(s) of competency to the SBA pathway of an ICF form.
