For TAFE and other RTOs:
- Read the relevant Information for Registered Training Organisations document
- Ascertain whether the student has any particular or additional needs to be addressed in the training environment
- Ensure the student is appropriately supervised and supported at all times during the delivery of training
- Ensure that any allegations or concerns about child protection matters are dealt with using the relevant Incident Report
- Ensure compliance with relevant child protection legislation, registration and funding contract obligations.
- Notify the student's school of any training or workplace related incident disclosed by the SBAT, using the Incident Report above.
